Dylan Doyle was born as a french citizen in Ibiza, Spain. He graduated in engineering of robots and computer
programming in Nantes, and then earned a diploma from the CLCF Film School in Paris. He worked as an assistant
photographer for two years with Alain Duplantier, and collaborated as a camera assistant and operator on many
commercials movies and music videos with directors like Michel Gondry and spec6men. He started working as a
director of photography in 1996.
« I bought my first movie Camera in 1992 and went to ex-yugoslavia for a fiction movie in war time. It was a NPR Eclair
16 mm and since i have never stopped exploring the world of photography and cinematography. I am very curious by
nature and like to mix techniques, a reason why i became interested in digital quite early. »
